What breaks my heart is the number of women I’m seeing who are saying a private “me too” because they are afraid to post it on their page. As if they are the guilty instead of the victims.

So Simply SO 
Being belittled, missed for raises or promotions, insulted, chastised for not being ‘one of the boys’, talked to inappropriately, not taken seriously, etc. No even though no one has ever touched another person does not mean their soul has not been tormented by their coworkers. Sometimes the harassment even comes from other women. But no, for many it is not safe to say so in open forums where coworkers lurk.
